I understand the need for everyone to have they're ego fed with adoration. There's nothing wrong with that. But recently I've been reading some of the websites' of other musicians, I've been mentioned in some cases with pretty swift company.
To clarify, I had the opportunity one morning at 55 Grand St. to Jam with Jaco. He was playing piano, we had a great time. That's all. And Mike Stern is a friend of mine and I have hopes of performing with him but I have never played any form of music with him, yet. I do play his music extensively on my radio show.
I had to clear this up. Whoever made statements that are different from the above must be a psychic friend or something.
